The classic handmade gentlemen’s rain umbrella. The exquisite handle made of Canadian maple has received several coats of boat lacquer through which the same effect is realised as with a wood-grain dashboard in a luxury automobile. The canopy is especially produced for us on tie weaving looms in Como, Italy. The fine red contrasting stripes are woven, not printed. The frame is especially stable and consists of a nickel-coated shaft and 10 black lacquered ribs. With its wooden ferrule, a uniform look is achieved between the handle and the rain umbrella top, without sacrificing the stability of a steel shaft. We also include a black cloth carrying bag to protect the entire rain umbrella, including canopy and handle.
