We ship worldwide

Our logistics partner are DHL and UPS, depending on the products and the country you are ordering from. We deliver only to your requested street address. Shipments to post box addresses are not possible.

If the shipment contains a combination of pocket umbrellas and long umbrellas, the shipping costs for long umbrellas apply.

Import Duties and Taxes

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Delivery period

Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days. Should we encounter any delay in fulfilling your order, we will inform you via email or telephone. If any of your ordered goods are unavailable at the time you place your order, we will ship the items in stock immediately and ship the additional delivery at no extra charge. Transportation times are shown below to the available delivery options in the shopping cart. The indicated times are estimates based on our experiences.
