For our “Oertel Handmade” umbrellas, we order the most select handles made from the finest woods, various natural cane materials as well as nickel-wood combinations, handles made of sterling silver and hand-sewn calf leather. We have the umbrellas covered with the most exclusive fabrics from England (original tartans) and Italy. The fabrics are produced in exclusive, small quantities on tie looms in Italy. We attach great importance to the best possible frames (e.g. the unbreakable spring steel frames in our Sport series) as well as our ten-part frames on a steel pole with a 67 cm bar length, in which we do not use any plastic parts.
