The Sail in Bremerhaven is one of the biggest windjammer meetings in Europe. One of the biggest and most famous ships at the Sail is the four-masted barque "Krusenstern", which was launched in Bremerhaven in 1926 with the name "Padua". We were glad that we were allowed to make an umbrella for this magnificent ship. It was all so urgent and tightly timed that we could not even take a photo of our oil navy blue umbrella with the profile of the Krusenstern. The umbrellas then came on board in Antwerp for the last leg to Bremerhaven.
This is a drawing for the design of the umbrella.
On this occasion we also delivered an advertising umbrella for the German Maritime Museum.
