Shipping and shipping costs
We ship worldwide.
Our logistics partner is DHL (Deutsche Post World Net Group). We deliver only to your requested street address. Shipments to post box addresses are not possible.

Deliveries within Germany
There is no shipping charge for deliveries within Germany for ordered goods of Euro 50.00 and above. For orders below Euro 50.00, a shipping charge of Euro 5.00 is applied.

Import Duties and Taxes
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.Delivery period
Your order is shipped within 2-5 business days. Should we encounter any delay in fulfilling your order, we will inform you via email or telephone. If any of your ordered goods are unavailable at the time you place your order, we will ship the items in stock immediately and ship the additional delivery at no extra charge.
Payment conditions
Payment can be made Bank to Bank Wire Transfer or with a credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA). If you pay by credit card, payment occurs upon shipment of the good(s). You may also order by faxing Schirm Oertel, Bremen at: ++49-421-1690896.
